Personal Data Deletion Requests

Users of Prisma Business Motion may request deletion of personal information associated with their interactions with our platform.

Prisma Business Motion is a technology product operated by Soluciones Tecnológicas Universales SOLUTECH S.A.

What Information Can Be Deleted?

Depending on how the platform has been used, a deletion request may include information such as:

  • Name.
  • Telephone number.
  • Email address.
  • Appointment information.
  • Interaction history.
  • Information received through authorized integrations with WhatsApp or Meta services.
  • Other personal information stored by Prisma Business Motion and associated with the requesting user.

How to Request Data Deletion

The request should clearly state:

Subject: Data Deletion Request – Prisma Business Motion

The request should also provide:

  1. Full name of the requester.
  2. Telephone number associated with the account or interaction, where applicable.
  3. Contact email address.
  4. Business with which the user interacted, where applicable.
  5. A description of the information the user wishes to have deleted.

We will request only the information reasonably necessary to verify the identity of the requester and locate the relevant records.

Request Processing

Once a request is received:

  1. We will review the request.
  2. We may request additional information only when reasonably necessary to verify the identity of the requester.
  3. We will identify the data associated with the user.
  4. We will delete or anonymize the applicable data when appropriate.
  5. We will confirm completion of the request using the contact method provided by the requester.

Information That May Be Retained

Certain information may be retained when necessary to:

  • Comply with legal obligations.
  • Resolve disputes.
  • Prevent fraud or abuse.
  • Maintain security records.
  • Comply with legitimate regulatory or contractual obligations.

In those cases, information will be retained only for as long as necessary to fulfill the applicable obligation.

Data Received Through Meta and WhatsApp

When user information has been received through an integration with Meta products, including the WhatsApp Business Platform, Prisma Business Motion will process applicable deletion requests in accordance with its obligations and relevant platform policies.

Account Deletion

When a user has an account directly associated with Prisma Business Motion, the user may also request deletion of that account and its associated information, subject to applicable legal retention requirements.
